We have been working closely with MyCSP to understand the existing Statement of Work (SOW) approach. This has included looking at:
- The current process
- What the new process will be from 1 December 2025
- How to manage the transition of any outstanding SOWs when we take over the administration of the Scheme.
To keep you aware of our progress, we would like to share the Capita SOW sample template for information only. It should not be completed yet.
While the document carries a lot of detail, the employer input fields are very similar to those on the existing (MyCSP) SOW form.
The template provides you with the following:
- Pages 1-5 – Definitions of the terms used throughout the SOW
- Pages 6-16 – Terms of the SOW (agreed fees to be added to pages 8 and 9)
- Pages 17-21 – Employer and Capita to populate
- Pages 22-27 – Data processing and confidentiality terms
- Page 28 – Employer and Capita to populate.
Until you are informed otherwise, all SOW requests should continue to be submitted to MyCSP using the existing SOW form.
Closer to go live (1 December 2025), we will release the new Capita SOW form and give you instructions about how to submit before go live and after go live (via the Employer Portal). SOW forms submitted via the Capita process will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
During the handover of activities from MyCSP to Capita, all SOWs will be impact assessed to ensure priorities can be assigned appropriately between existing and new SOWs. We will inform all employers of progress.
A newly appointed Head of Change will provide oversight on this activity during transition and from go live. If you have any questions, please contact us using our online feedback form.
