Capita has been working with Shared Services, Payroll and Software Providers to ensure they have all the information they need as part of the transition. Business readiness is as important for them to ensure they can effectively carry out their contractual obligations for employers.
However, if you work with a Shared Service, Payroll or Software Provider, please can you also ensure they are aware of the change of administrator on your behalf.
If you believe that your third party provider has not been contacted by Capita, please email cspsevents@capita.com with the organisation’s name and contact details so we can ensure they know what will be changing and when.
