Following on from our successful workshops, we’re now offering more opportunities for you to take part starting from Wednesday 19 February.
Employers, payroll providers and shared service providers are invited to take part in online or face to face workshops to help inform and shape the administration of the Civil Service Pension Scheme.
Online events
One hour digital sessions, hosted on Teams, will discuss the following:
Communications and Employer Pension Notices (EPNs)
We’d like to find out more about the benefits of EPNs and how you use the information within them to inform others in your organisation or arm’s length bodies etc. We’d also like to explore what other communications would be beneficial to you, how they should be delivered, if you require lead times in order to carry out actions and what improvements we can make.
Employer Touchpoints
Employers want to know how processes will change and what they’ll need to do in the future. Some of this information is available within the Employer touchpoints document on the Transitional website. The document provides walkthroughs of the various administration journeys which employers, payroll providers and shared service providers will need to do from December 2025.
We want your feedback on how useful you find this information, what other details you would like to see and other areas you think should be covered.
Transitional website
We launched our Transitional website on 22 January 2025. We’ve had good levels of engagement but are really interested to hear what you think of it, further questions that need answering and what more can be added to benefit you. We also want to understand the best way of letting you know when updates have been made.
Taking part online
If you’re interested in taking part, please register your place. We’re limited to 15 people per session and one person per employer. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Face to face workshops
We’ll also be delivering three interactive one day workshops which will explore the new Employer Portal. If you’d like to help us shape the design and capabilities to best suit your needs, we want to hear your thoughts and ideas.
