During our workshops, we’ve listened to your feedback about the importance of the Employer Relationship Manager (ERM) Team in supporting you administer the Scheme. Concerns had been raised as to whether an ERM Team would continue to support you when the scheme administration moves to Capita in December 2025.
We’d like to reassure you that we recognise the value of an ERM function. It was always our intention to continue to provide this and your feedback has certainly supported our thoughts.
An ERM function will be available from December 2025 and we’ll give you more information over the coming months. We’re working with the current ERMs to understand how they work with you. The Employer Support function will also be one of the topics covered in one of our forthcoming workshops when we’ll explore all elements of support for employers.
