We wanted to share what we know will be available to you from 1 December 2025 for employers and members on the respective portals.
Employer Portal
- As the super user on an employer account, they will be able to manage (create, amend, remove other users)
- Super users on a payroll provider/shared service account will also be able to create, amend, remove other users for the payroll provider/shared service
- Employers can nominate or be linked/associated with a payroll provider/shared service so tasks on the employer’s behalf can be completed
- Log into an organisation specific dashboard
- View and amend their personal details
- View and amend their contact details and preferences
- Employers can view their own employer account contact details (but cannot view payroll provider / shared service)
- Payroll provider / shared service can view their own employer account contact details (but cannot view employer)
- Submit monthly interfaces securely
- View and search member records
- Send and receive messages (with attachments) via a secure mailbox
- Submit ALL forms via a secure mailbox on the Employer Portal. All forms will remain in their current format – e.g. pdf, word, excel etc
- Receive automated notifications by email of new secure messages and replies in the portal
- Search for specific content, including EPNs
- Provide links to resources – guides, videos, news articles and training.
Member Portal
All members who have previously registered on the current MyCSP CS Pensions Portal will be asked to re-register on the new Capita CS Pensions Portal. Details will follow from Autumn 2025.
Members will then be able to:
- Log in to their personalised dashboard as an active, deferred, pensioner or partially retired member
- View and amend personal details, including address (active members will also need to inform their employer of any change of address)
- Add, update and view their death benefit nomination(s)
- Active members (not affected by Remedy) will be able to view, download and print their Annual Benefit Statements from 2019. Active members who are affected by the Remedy will have their 2024 ABS and 2025 Remediable Service Statement (which is their 2025 ABS and Alternative Benefit Option ABS)
- Use the retirement modeller
- Pensioner members can view, download and print their current payslips and search previous payslips
- Pensioner members can view, download and print their current P60 and view previous P60 records
- Download information about the scheme and relevant documents
- Deferred members will be able to see what their benefits are worth and when they wish to retire, follow the process to retire online
- All members can contact us through a secure mailbox and review responses to their queries and allow the submission of forms.
