We held online workshops in April to gather your opinions on the current Employer Support structure and asked if you had any suggestions for how this could be improved.
While the sessions were informative, and you provided us with lots to think about, we’d like to give you the opportunity to attend a face-to-face workshop. We’re keen to hear from those of you who haven’t attended earlier workshops.
Like our previous sessions we’ll look at:
- Getting a deeper understanding of the Employer Support function and how you interact with the teams
- Mapping the journeys of those interactions
- Identifying any pain points you may have and where improvements can be made
- Understanding the needs depending on how you administer the Scheme.
We’re offering two sessions (10am – 3pm) on the following days:
Wednesday 9 July - Capita Offices, Morrison Street, Edinburgh
Thursday 10 July - Capita Offices, Churchgate House Manchester
(Lunch and refreshments will be provided)
There will be a maximum of 15 places at each session. As we want to get representatives from all types of employers, we will only be able to include one member of staff from each employer across the two sessions.
To register your interest, please answer a few questions about your organisation by 20 June. We will then contact you by 25 June to confirm your place.
