Employer Portal Training

As you’ll be aware, we will be introducing the new Employer Portal from 1 December 2025. This is our online system for you to complete administrative tasks securely and efficiently. We wanted to share some initial high-level details about the upcoming training to help you plan and be prepared for the changes.

When will the training be delivered?

  • Throughout September and October
  • Multiple sessions will be delivered, you only need to attend one session.

 

What will the training cover?

  • User account set-up
  • Systems training including access management, sending Interface files, secure messaging, sending documents and member search.

 

How will the training be delivered?

  • We’ll be delivering online training via Teams
  • Face-to-face sessions can be delivered within our Capita sites if required. Please let us know via the feedback link if you think face-to-face sessions would benefit your organisation.

 

How long will the training last?

  • Each session will take 1 hour maximum.

 

What you need to do now?

  • Please familiarise yourself with the information about the Employer Portal on the transitional microsite. We will provide you with further details on how to register for the sessions shortly.
