Following on from our Employer Portal Training news story in July, you can now book a place for the training taking place from September.
Starting in September, the sessions are initially limited to a maximum of 2 people or 10% of staff, whichever is greater per employer / payroll provider / shared service. This is to make sure that all employers/payroll providers/shared services have the opportunity to engage with training and be ready for 1 December.
The training will include:
- Overview of the Portal tools
- Super user registration
- How to set up other users
- How to nominate a payroll provider/shared service
- Secure file transfer
- Employer Secure Messaging
- Member Search
- Overview of processes that have changed.

A recording of one of the training sessions will be available for any additional staff to watch or as refresher training. This can be requested via cspsevents@capita.com
