We’d appreciate a few moments of your time to share feedback, so we can understand your progress with the 1 December transition and offer any support you may need.

Our Employer Readiness survey asks you to update us on how you (or your Shared Service or Payroll provider) have progressed with:

  • URL whitelisting
  • Familiarising yourself with key documents
  • Attending a drop-in session on the Interface documents.

These tasks align with the Employer Readiness Checklist. This has been created to help you understand what you need to do, as well as the resources and support available to you. It will allow you to keep track of what you can do now, deadlines for those tasks, as well as information on the tasks to deliver in the coming months.

By completing the tasks and responding to our survey, we will be able to see your progression and see any challenges you are facing. This will then allow us to discuss these with you directly, where appropriate. It will also help to identify if the same feedback is being provided from multiple organisations, so that we can make any changes to resources if needed.
