We’ve designed this document to help employers, shared services and payroll providers understand how to send forms securely through the Employer Portal using the Secure Messaging function.
Security is essential when managing pension data. That’s why we’ve created this document to show how you can:
- Contact us
- Provide attachments securely through the Portal
- Create your own reference number for your query to help you track and manage communications (an automatic system reference number will be generated too)
- Ask both employer and member queries depending on the type of form you’re sending.
There are two process maps to guide you:
- Submitting all other forms for general queries.
- Submitting a member form (This will be available in January).
This document is expected to evolve as other elements are refined and finalised.
