We’ve been working with MyCSP on how you should process your interface files leading up to the transition on 1 December 2025.
What the approach will be
You should continue to submit your interface files to MyCSP until 21 November 2025.
MyCSP will endeavour to process each interface received during November, beginning with a load into the test environment. At this stage, the extent of any data validation failures will be assessed. This will determine:
- If an interface has no or minimal validation failures, and MyCSP believes you can resolve these before 21 November, it will be loaded into the live environment for processing
Important: Once submitted, all corrections must be completed no later than 21 November deadline date
- Interfaces with a high level of validation failures will not be loaded into the live environment and will be passed to Capita for processing from 1 December 2025 onwards.
You may have already been contacted by MyCSP with a request to see if you’re able to submit your November file earlier. This is to allow sufficient time to load as many files as possible into the live environment ahead of transition. Thank you in advance for those that have been able to accommodate this request.
Reminder: Following transition, the compliance model will be relaxed for the first six months. More information on this can be found in the Data Validation guidance.
What happens if you cannot submit your file to MyCSP by 21 November 2025?
You’ll need to submit the file to Capita at the earliest opportunity post transition (1 December 2025).
What happens if you could not complete your corrections, or MyCSP were unable to process your file by 21 November 2025?
Your file will be included in the data extract from MyCSP to Capita. It will then be validated on our system and a fresh Data Validation Report will be provided.
Please be aware that any interface files that are sent across to Capita will be actioned as priority as you won’t be able to load any additional monthly interface files until the previous monthly interface files have been actioned and resolved.
