We’ve created a process map to walk you through the initial registration for the Employer Portal and set how to up Multi Factor Authentication.
As an employer, shared service or payroll provider it will show you:
- The various steps for registering for the first time and the information you’ll need
- Where you will be asked to verify your identity and the methods available to you
- Where there are opportunities to edit your information
- The methods of verification
- How you set up Multi Factor Authentication, an additional layer of security to protect personal data.
Once you’re set up, you’ll then be ready to log into the Employer Portal from 1 December 2025.
We’ll confirm when the initial registration will start and when you can expect to receive your initial email.
