We’ve created a process map to guide you through the Statements Of Work (SOW) process from 1 December 2025.
As an employer, shared service or payroll provider it shows:
- The process from form submission and sign off to completing the work
- What communication to expect from us
- The checkpoints in the process to determine queries / progress
- What we expect from you and what you can expect from us.
