New users and leavers

A super user is responsible for setting up new users to the Employer Portal (either as an employer, shared service / payroll provider).

You can use our Employer Role Matrix to help understand the five different tiers you can set colleagues up as and the tasks which can be completed in those tiers.

A super user must remove access if a member of staff leaves or no longer requires access to the Employer Portal. It is the employer’s responsibility to remove access immediately.
