The registration process and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

To register, you will be asked to set up your pin and password and your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) method for an additional layer of security.

You will be presented with three different options to confirm your identity – SMS, Email or through the Authenticator App. Depending on your preferred option, you will be sent a one-time passcode.

The next time you log in, you won’t be asked for your PIN, but the one-time passcode from your preferred method of authentication.

Please note – The only phone number or email that can be used for MFA are those listed on your account in the Employer Portal.

Registration will ask you to:

  • Provide your contact details
  • Create a username and password
  • Confirm your password
  • Choose security questions
  • Choose MFA option – SMS, email or through the authenticator App
  • Check your account details.

If there is an error in any of the steps above, then you will receive an error prompt to review and amend.

Once this is complete you will then have successfully registered and be able to log in to the Employer Portal.
